What materials are your jewelry pieces made of?
Our pieces are gold-tone plated brass fashion jewelry, designed to give the look of fine gold at an accessible price.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — standard shipping is free on orders over $50. Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days, and standard delivery takes 5–8 business days. We currently ship to US addresses only.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow your package all the way to your door.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy: you have 30 days from the day you receive your item to request a return. Items must be unworn, unused, with their tags, and in their original packaging (with your receipt or proof of purchase). Email a9177142973@gmail.com to start a return. Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
Do you accept exchanges?
We don’t offer exchanges. If you’d like a different item, simply return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
How should I care for my jewelry?
Keep pieces dry and apply perfume or lotion before putting jewelry on. Store items in a dry pouch or their original packaging, and remove them before swimming, showering, or exercising to keep the plating bright.
